A group of young officers from Bangladesh Civil Service (Foreign cadre) have visited South Asia Cooperative Environment Programme SACEP's headquarter in Colombo, Sri Lanka as a part of their foreign training programme. The Director General Dr Md Masumur Rahman briefed them about the activities of SACEP and it's missions and visions.
