On 23rd July 2024, the Director General of SACEP, Ms. Rokeya Khaton, met with the Hon’ble Romina Khurshid Alam, Coordinator to the Prime Minister, Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, Pakistan. This meeting served as an open platform to discuss various critical aspects of SACEP's operations and the key initiatives in the region.
Ms. Khaton briefed Hon’ble Romina Khurshid Alam on SACEP’s current activities and the status of the Headquarters building. Hon’ble Alam expressed her interest in issues related to Pakistan and requested detailed information on these matters. The meeting was highly productive, reinforcing the collaborative spirit between SACEP and the Ministry.
