Today, the Director General of SACEP, Norbu Wangchuk met with the Secretary General of the Colombo Plan, Dr. Benjamin Reyes, to discuss avenues for collaboration on climate change and environmental issues. The conversation also explored scholarship opportunities to enhance knowledge and capacity-building in these critical areas for South Asia.
