Dr Md Masumur Rahman, Director General of South Asia Cooperative Environment Programme has delivered his statement in the High-Level Segment of the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt today on 16 November 2022.
He mentioned that as a pioneer organisation, SACEP will remain committed to continue to work with its member states who remain steadfast on their obligations under Paris Agreement.
