Dr. Thomaskutty varghese has submitted his joing letter today on 17July 2022 as the Project Director of PLEASE Project before the Director General of South Asia Cooperative Environment Programme (SACEP) in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Dr. Masumur Rahman, DG-SACEP welcomed him and wish him success in his new journey as Project Director.
