H.E. M. Ashraf Haidari, Ambassador, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to Sri Lanka completed his tenure as the Director General of SACEP on 7th August 2021 who was appointed for the remainder term of Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, as Dr. Abas Basir, the former Director General of SACEP nominated by Government of Afghanistan was recalled to be the Minister of Higher Education in Afghanistan.
