Director General of SACEP Dr. Abas Basir participated at IOCINDO-VII, Hyderabad, India, 31 May-1 June 2019, discussing opportunities for collaboration with Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) and the IOC Regional Committee for the Central Indian Ocean (IOCINDIO) on the issues of mutual interests.
