Ms. Rokeya Khaton, Director General of SACEP met H.E. Bashu Dev Mishra, Ambassador of Nepal in Sri Lanka on 18 September 2023. H.E. Bashu Dev Mishra congratulated Ms. Rokeya Khaton as the newly appointed Director General of SACEP and wished her success in her new tenure. During the meeting, both parties engaged in constructive discussions about environmental priorities, sustainable development, and the strengthening of regional corporation in the South Asian region. Ms. Rokeya thanked the Government of Nepal for its continuous support extended to SACEP since its inception.
H.E. Bashu Dev Mishra warmly welcomed the delegation of SACEP and thanked the Director General for enlightening the active role of SACEP in the field of environment in the South Asian Region.
