Notable figures included Dr. Farhina Ahmed, Secretary of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Bangladesh; Ms. Tashi Pem, Director General at the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Bhutan; and Mr. Asif Hyder Shah, Secretary of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, Pakistan.
Furthermore, Ms. Rokeya held insightful deliberations with Dr. Buddi Sagar Poudel, Joint Secretary (Technical), and Mr. Gyanendra Kumar Mishra, Under Secretary (Technical), Head of Development Cooperation Coordination Section, Ministry of Forest and Environment, Nepal.
