The South Asia Cooperative Environment Programme (SACEP) successfully concluded the Preparatory Meeting of National Focal Points for 16th Governing Council Meeting of SACEP on June 24-25, 2024, in Thimphu, Bhutan. Senior officials from its member states, including Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, participated in the two-day meeting. The discussions covered numerous important issues related to SACEP and resulted in recommendations for the 16th Meeting of the Governing Council.
